Who We Are

This website is operated by Carlos Olivares and Lina Rivera, licensed real estate agents at Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices EWM Realty, Miami, FL. We operate this site to provide information about Delano Residences & Hotel Miami and to connect prospective buyers with independent buyer representation.

What We Collect

When you submit our contact form, we collect the name, email address, phone number, and any message you voluntarily provide. We use this information solely to respond to your inquiry. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with any third party except as necessary to deliver our services (for example, the Web3Forms email delivery service and Rechat, the customer relationship management (CRM) platform used by our brokerage, where your inquiry is stored so we can follow up).

Cookies and Analytics

This site may use Google Analytics to understand aggregate traffic patterns. Google Analytics collects anonymized data such as page views, referral source, and browser type. No personally identifiable information is included. You can opt out via the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

The Location section of our Delano page includes an embedded Google Map. When the map loads, Google may set its own cookies and receive your IP address and browser details, as described in Google's Privacy Policy. We do not control or receive that data.

We also use Microsoft Clarity to see how visitors use the site, through heatmaps and recordings of clicks, scrolling and mouse movement. Clarity may set cookies and collects device, browser and page-activity data, handled under Microsoft's Privacy Statement. We use this information to improve the site, not to identify individual visitors.

Virtual Assistant (Maya)

Our website has a virtual assistant named Maya. Maya is not a person and not an AI model: it searches a library of pre-written answers prepared from the developer's published materials and our own pages, and it does not give legal, financial, tax or investment advice. Its answers may be incomplete or out of date, so please confirm important details with the documents the developer must furnish and with your own advisors.

Maya runs in your browser. What you type to Maya in the chat is not sent to us, unless it is a question Maya cannot answer or you use the follow-up form. When Maya cannot answer a question, the text of that question may be saved, together with the language, the page you were viewing and the date, but without your name, email address, phone number, IP address, or any cookie or other identifier. We use these saved questions only to improve Maya's answers, and we delete them after 180 days without use. Please do not type personal information into the chat. Maya's panel is excluded from the session recordings we make with Microsoft Clarity.

If you choose "Have Carlos or Lina follow up" and send the form, Maya sends the details you enter (your first and last name, email address and optional phone number), your last question to Maya and the page you were viewing to Rechat, the customer relationship management (CRM) platform used by our brokerage, and to us by email through Web3Forms, so that Carlos or Lina can follow up. Maya does not send these details anywhere else and does not store them in the library of unanswered questions described above.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information you provide only to respond to your real estate inquiry. We may follow up by email, phone, or WhatsApp based on the contact preferences you indicate. We do not use your information for automated marketing without your consent.

Data Retention

We retain inquiry information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected, or as required by applicable law. You may request deletion of your information at any time by emailing us.

Your Rights

You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold about you. To exercise these rights, contact us at the email address above.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
