Residences FloorThe first Residences levels rise above much of the neighboring skyline, with the bay and PortMiami opening up to the east and the waterfront stretching north.

Residences FloorMid-Residences floors trade foreground for horizon: more water, more sky and a clearer line toward the Atlantic.

Residences FloorUpper Residences floors sit above most competing buildings. The full sweep of Biscayne Bay, Fisher Island, Miami Beach, and the Atlantic Ocean fills the horizon to the east. Sunrise from this elevation is completely unobstructed.

Residences FloorNear the top of the Residences tier. At this elevation you see the full coastal arc from North Miami Beach down to Key Biscayne. On clear days the Atlantic stretches to the horizon with no competing structure between you and open ocean.

Amenity FloorThe upper pool deck, Rose Bar and Members' Club level sits above the residences, with one of the widest panoramas in the tower in every direction.

Above 850 feet, Delano will operate Miami's first-ever public observation deck, accessible to residents and visitors alike. Views extend over Downtown, Miami Beach, and on clear days, well into the Florida Keys.
